Cinnamon Protein Donuts
Donuts:

1/2 scoop About Time Vanilla Whey Isolate protein

1/4c oats

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

1 egg
1 egg white
1.5 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 pkt NuNaturals stevia

1/2 tsp cinnamon
Vanilla Frosting:

1/2 scoop About Time Vanilla Whey Isolate protein 

1 pkt NuNaturals stevia

1.5 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk .
Instructions:

1⃣Add all of the donut ingredients into a food processor (you can use a hand mixer if you use oat flour)

2⃣Pour the batter into a donut pan coated with cooking spray. 

3⃣Bake at 350F for 6-7 min. 

4⃣Remove and let cool.

5⃣Mix your protein frosting ingredients together, and frost the donuts.

6⃣Sprinkle with additional cinnamon.

Makes 4 donuts. Macros per donut with protein icing: 1.5g fat, 4.7g carbs, 9g protein.

Easy Oatmeal Muffins

  

It’s a rainy day here in Florida 🌧 So it makes for a perfect slow and laid back Saturday! 

Here’s one of my most favorite breakfast that’s so easy to meal prep in advance! 
Easy Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients:

1.5c oats

18 egg whites

1.5 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (I used Ali’s All Natural)

3 tsp baking powder 

3 pkt NuNaturals Stevia

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Food process the oats. Add remaining ingredients and process all together. Pour into greased or lined cupcake pan. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes. Remove, let cool slightly, then top with more syrup! Store the rest in the fridge for another meal👍

Makes 12 muffins. Macros per 4 muffins: 258 cals/3g fat/30g carbs/4g fiber/26.5g protein.👌🏼

Chocolate and Strawberry Pancakes

I love pancakes on the weekends!! I especially love quick and easy pancakes!Today’s pancakes were made using Kodiak Cakes’ Power Cakes Flapjack mix that are “Protein Packed” like it states! Just mix with water, cook, and you are done!

You also can’t forget to drizzle with a little cocoa syrup! Chocolate and strawberries go together like PB & J! Nu Naturals makes a delicious cocoa syrup made with stevia! Perfect to drizzle on anything 👍

So be sure to make these easy protein pancakes ASAP!

Chocolate ‘n Strawberry Pancakes

1 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Protein Packed Flapjack mix
3/4 cup water
Stir together and cook. That’s all!

Top with fat free whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and NuNaturals NuStevia Cocoa Syrup👌🏼

Donuts:

Chocolate Frosting:

1 pkt stevia

1.5 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk 
Vanilla Drizzle:
1 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 pkt Nu Naturals stevia

Splash of vanilla 

1⃣Add all of the donut ingredients into a food processor (you can use a hand mixer if you use oat flour). 
2⃣Pour the batter into a donut pan coated with cooking spray. 
3⃣Bake at 350F for 6-7 min. 
4⃣Remove and let cool.
5⃣Mix your chocolate protein frosting ingredients together, and frost the donuts.
6⃣Mix vanilla drizzle ingredients together, and put into a ziploc bag. Cut the corner and squeeze out the frosting onto your donuts to decorate. 
Makes 4 donuts. Macros per donut with protein icing & drizzle: 71 cals, 1.5g fat, 4.7g carbs, 9g protein.

Still on my pumpkin train!! Not tired of pumpkin yet….but I’m sure by November I’ll be over it lol. Just like every single year. By the time Thanksgiving rolls around, I’m like “No more pumpkin, please!”. But really, pumpkin is great to use in so many things…baking, dinner meals, smoothies, PANCAKES, etc…along with so many health benefits, it’s good to use all year round!

Pumpkin pancakes

This is my recipe Pumpkin Protein Pancakes that is simple and uses coconut flour so it makes them lower in carbohydrates. Still full of protein using About Time Whey Isolate Protein. All natural and sweetened with stevia!

Low Carb Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 scoop About Time Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein

1.5 tbsp coconut flour

5 tbsp canned pumpkin

1 egg white

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp unsweetened cashew milk (or you can use almond milk)

Cream Filling:

1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp About Time Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein

1 packet stevia (I like NuNaturals)

Directions: Mix pancake ingredients together and cook pancakes in a cooking sprayed pan. BECAREFUL with the pancakes as they are very soft. Cook well on one side and gently flip to cook on the other.

Beat cream filling ingredients together. Layer between pancakes and add the rest to the topping.

For additional toppings seen here, add toasted pecans, sugar free syrup, and sprinkle of cinnamon.

Nutrition for pancakes only: 200 cals, 2g fat, 15g carbs, 6.5g fiber, 3.6g sugar, 32g protein.

Macros of pancakes and cream filling: 262 cals, 2g fat, 17g carbs, 41g protein.

Healthy Pumpkin Protein DONUTS

Ingredients:

1/2c oat flour (or food process oats into flour)

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tbsp or 2 pkts stevia

1 egg

5 egg whites

1/2 c pumpkin purée (canned pumpkin)

1/2 tbsp psyllium husk, or 1 tsp Xantham gum (to thicken)
Blend all together. Pour into sprayed donut pan. Bake at 350 for 8 min (or until set). Makes 7 donuts.
Macros per donut: 51 cals/1g fat/6g carbs/0.2g fiber/0.7g sugar/4.4g protein.
Macros for all 7 donuts (to make it a whole meal!): 362 cals, 7g fat, 41g carbs, 12.5 g fiber, 5g sugar, 31g protein.
Icing (opt):

1/2-1 tbsp water

Mix and spread on donuts.

Low fat protein breakfast that’s a great way to fuel your day and keep you slim!

It’s so quick and easy!

Cinnamon Raisin Protein French Toast

2 slices Ezekial cinnamon raisin bread
1/3 cup egg whites, or 2 egg whites
1/2 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl Whey Protein Isolate (get 25% off with code: ‘cleanNdirtytreats’ at tryabouttime.com)
1/8 cup Silk unsweetened cashew milk
Drop of NuNaturals liquid stevia (or 1 packet stevia)
Whisk together milk, egg whites, protein and stevia. Dip in slices of bread and let absorb for 1 min. Cook in a sprayed pan.
Topped mine with blueberries, Apple Barn sugar free Maple Praline syrup, aaaaand a lil fat free whipped cream ☺️👌🏼
Macros without toppings: 255 cals/1g fat/39g carbs/4g fiber/12g sugar/27g protein.

🔶Peanut Butter ‘n Banana Protein Pancakes

🔆Pancakes:

1/3c oats
1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 egg whites

1/4 banana, mashed

1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp stevia

1 tsp vanilla 

Mix all together in a food processor or blender.

Cook in a pan on low-med heat. 

🔆Peanut Butter Frosting:

Just enough almond milk or water to a frosting consisting. 

Layer between pancakes and top!

Just. Look. At. That. Syrup.😍😍 This morning’s Pumpkin Protein French Toast!! Can you believe this is my first time having protein french toast?? Where the hell have I been?! I’ve been missing out on this classic deliciousness!!🙌 Well time to make up for lost time👌🏼 Here’s how I made mine:

  

Pumpkin Protein French Toast

🌀2 slices Ezekial Bread

🌀2 egg whites

🌀1/4 cup unsweetened Silk cashew milk

🌀2 drops of Nunaturals liquid stevia

🌀Dash of pumpkin pie spice, opt

💠Whisk protein, egg whites, milk, stevia and spice together. 

💠Dip slices of bread into liquid mixture and let soak for at least 2 min. 

💠Cook in a sprayed pan on medium heat. 

💠Top with some healthy goodness…like bananas and sugar free maple syrup👌🏼
