You can use a 8×8 pan for thinner fudge, or a smaller 4×4 pan for thicker. In my recipe I used an 8×8 and it made about 12 pieces of fudge. They are rich so the squares don’t need to be very big to satisfy most sweet teeth.

Pumpkin Protein Fudge

🎃1/3 + 1 tbsp pumpkin

🎃3/4 cup natural peanut butter

🎃1/3 cup coconut butter

🎃1/2 scoop About Time Pumpkin Spice Latte Whey protein, Opt.

🎃2 tbsp pure maple syrup

🎃1/8 cup dark chocolate chips for drizzle, melted.

Stir ingredients together. Pour into a small baking pan lined with parchment paper or non stick spray: 4×4 for thick Fudge or 8×8 for thinner fudge (8×8 makes 12 pieces).

Refrigerate until firm. Add drizzle of melted dark chocolate.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best eaten within 3-4 days.
