Easy Choco Chip Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Protein Cookies


I loooove cookies, and lately my whole family has been on a clean eating kick! Yes, the kids too! My daughter and I whipped up this batch of yummy and healthy cookies that were truly so easy to make!!

These cookies are 100% all natural using coconut butter that is full of healthy MCTs. About Time Protein is an all natural and clean protein that comes in deeeeelicious flavors! You won’t be disappointed with these products!


Easy Choco Chip Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Protein Cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 scoop About Time Cinnamon Roll Whey Isolate Protein (get 25% off with code ‘cleanNdirtytreats’ at TryAboutTime.com)
2 tbsp Sweet Spreads Cinnamon Roll coconut butter spread
1.5 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
3 tsp Honey
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, opt

Directions:
Stir together protein, coconut butter, applesauce, and honey. Add in oats and chips, then stir.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or non stick cooking spray. Bake at 350F for 9-10 min. Cool then enjoy! They taste the best warm from the oven. Refrigerate left overs for up to 1-2 days as they tend to not be as tasty after that.
Makes 4 cookies. Macros per cookie: 156 cals/8g fat/17g carbs/3G fiber/8g sugar/5.5g protein.
