Cinnamon Raisin Protein French Toast


Low fat protein breakfast that’s a great way to fuel your day and keep you slim!

It’s so quick and easy!

Cinnamon Raisin Protein French Toast

2 slices Ezekial cinnamon raisin bread
1/3 cup egg whites, or 2 egg whites
1/2 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl Whey Protein Isolate (get 25% off with code: ‘cleanNdirtytreats’ at tryabouttime.com)
1/8 cup Silk unsweetened cashew milk
Drop of NuNaturals liquid stevia (or 1 packet stevia)
Whisk together milk, egg whites, protein and stevia. Dip in slices of bread and let absorb for 1 min. Cook in a sprayed pan.
Topped mine with blueberries, Apple Barn sugar free Maple Praline syrup, aaaaand a lil fat free whipped cream ☺️👌🏼
Macros without toppings: 255 cals/1g fat/39g carbs/4g fiber/12g sugar/27g protein.
