Peanut Butter Smores Cup


S’mores cup that is a healthy treat and so easy to make!

Ok so I’m a sucker for these “National” food holidays…especially since they are celebrating treats!🍰🍫👌🏼 That’s why I’m Clean ‘n Dirty Treats, peeps!! ☺️ So here’s how we are celebrating #NationalSmoresDay at my house! SO.good.🙌

Peanut Butter S’mores Cup

1 tbsp Sweet Spreads Chocolate Brownie coconut butter

1.5 tbsp Mrs. Miller’s Peanut Butter Marshmallow Spread (This stuff is BOMB!)

1 square Amber Lyn Chocolates Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chunks, melted (opt)

1 Graham Cracker square, processed into crumbs. Or 1/2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs.

Place the coconut butter in a cupcake pan.

Freeze for 5-10 min to set up.

Add PB marshmallow spread and freeze again for 30 min to set.

Top with drizzle of melted dark chocolate & graham cracker crumbs.

Macros for 1 including chocolate drizzle: 287 cals, 21g fat, 22g carbs, 4g fiber, 15g sugar, 3G protein.
