Low Fat Peanut Butter & Banana Protein Pancakes

  
It’s PANCAKE SATURDAY!! PB & B pancakes without the fat? Yep! This one is a goody out my #CleanNdirtyPancake collection on Instagram👍 Yes, I’m a big fan of pancakes if you didn’t already know ☺️ ➡️➡️➡️➡️. 

  
🔶Peanut Butter ‘n Banana Protein Pancakes

🔆Pancakes:

1/3c oats
1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 egg whites

1/4 banana, mashed

1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp stevia

1 tsp vanilla 

Mix all together in a food processor or blender.

Cook in a pan on low-med heat. 

🔆Peanut Butter Frosting:

1/2 scoop About Time Peanut Butter Whey Isolate Protein (get 25% off with code: cleanNdirtytreats) 
Just enough almond milk or water to a frosting consisting. 

Layer between pancakes and top! 

Also topped mine with bananas, and 2tbsp Sweet Spreads PB & Sweet powdered PB mixed with 1 tbsp water.👌🏼 

Serves 1. Macros for pancakes & Protein frosting without toppings: 275 cals, 4g fat, 33g carbs, 6g fiber, 8g sugar, 25g protein. 

Macros for topping of 2 tbsp of PB & Sweet: 45 cals, 1.5g fat, 5g carbs, 2g fiber, 1g sugar, 5g protein 👌🏼
