Low Fat Peanut Butter & Banana Protein Pancakes

  
It’s PANCAKE SATURDAY!! PB & B pancakes without the fat? Yep! This one is a goody out my #CleanNdirtyPancake collection on Instagram๐Ÿ‘ Yes, I’m a big fan of pancakes if you didn’t already know โ˜บ๏ธ โžก๏ธโžก๏ธโžก๏ธโžก๏ธ. 

  
๐Ÿ”ถPeanut Butter ‘n Banana Protein Pancakes

๐Ÿ”†Pancakes:

1/3c oats
1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp baking powder

2 egg whites

1/4 banana, mashed

1 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp stevia

1 tsp vanilla 

Mix all together in a food processor or blender.

Cook in a pan on low-med heat. 

๐Ÿ”†Peanut Butter Frosting:

1/2 scoop About Time Peanut Butter Whey Isolate Protein (get 25% off with code: cleanNdirtytreats) 
Just enough almond milk or water to a frosting consisting. 

Layer between pancakes and top! 

Also topped mine with bananas, and 2tbsp Sweet Spreads PB & Sweet powdered PB mixed with 1 tbsp water.๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ 

Serves 1. Macros for pancakes & Protein frosting without toppings: 275 cals, 4g fat, 33g carbs, 6g fiber, 8g sugar, 25g protein. 

Macros for topping of 2 tbsp of PB & Sweet: 45 cals, 1.5g fat, 5g carbs, 2g fiber, 1g sugar, 5g protein ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Just. Look. At. That. Syrup.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ This morning’s Pumpkin Protein French Toast!! Can you believe this is my first time having protein french toast?? Where the hell have I been?! I’ve been missing out on this classic deliciousness!!๐Ÿ™Œ Well time to make up for lost time๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ Here’s how I made mine:

  

Pumpkin Protein French Toast

๐ŸŒ€2 slices Ezekial Bread

๐ŸŒ€1 scoop tryabouttime.com About Time Whey Isolate Pumpkin Protein (use code ‘cleanNdirtytreats for 25% off at TryAboutTime.com)

๐ŸŒ€2 egg whites

๐ŸŒ€1/4 cup unsweetened Silk cashew milk

๐ŸŒ€2 drops of Nunaturals liquid stevia

๐ŸŒ€Dash of pumpkin pie spice, opt

Directions:

๐Ÿ’ Whisk protein, egg whites, milk, stevia and spice together. 

๐Ÿ’ Dip slices of bread into liquid mixture and let soak for at least 2 min. 

๐Ÿ’ Cook in a sprayed pan on medium heat. 

๐Ÿ’ Top with some healthy goodness…like bananas and sugar free maple syrup๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ
