Growing up I always licked the bowl–cake batter, brownie batter, cookie dough. Sometimes I think that the batter is yummier than the actual baked dessert lol!
So here’s my low carb, high protein recipe for you all to enjoy! Perfect for on the go!
🍫Brownie Batter Protein Bars with Sugar Free White Chocolate Chunks
💠4 scoops Infinite Labs 100% Whey Isolate chocolate protein
💠1/4c natural almond butter
💠1/3c erythritol or stevia
💠1/4c NuNaturals NuGrains Oat Fiber
💠1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
💠5 tbsp water

1⃣In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the white chocolate. If it is really dry, add another tbsp of water. Just make sure you don’t add too much or else it will be more goop than a bar.
2⃣Stir in white chocolate chunks.
3⃣Place onto parchment paper. Divide into 5 bars and mold. Refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up. It will taste just like brownie batter!! 🙌
4⃣Store in the refrigerator. Wrap in parchment paper to eat on-the-go (less sticky).
➡️You can also bake it at 350F for 3-4 min.
✅Macros per bar: 242 calories, 12g fat, 13g carbs, 9g fiber (4g net carbs), 1g sugar, 23g protein.
✅Divide the batter to make 4 bars instead of 5, then the MACROS per bar would be: 303 cals, 15g fat, 15g carbs, 11g fiber (4g net carbs), 1.5g sugar, 29g protein!
