Sugar Free Bark! Thanks to Amber Lyn Chocolates, my traditional holiday bark is guiltless! This year, I used cookie cutters as my mold instead of pouring the chocolate out on a cookie pan and chopping it. It really turned out cute! So grab your cookie cutters and let’s begin!
What you will need:
2.5oz (about 1/4 cup) Amber Lyn Chocolates Sugar Free Dark Baking Chocolate + additional 0.5oz for topping.
2 oz Amber Lyn Chocolates No Sugar Added White Baking Chocolates + 0.5oz for topping.
1/8 c toasted sliced almonds, chopped.
Parchment paper, cookie cutters.
Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Place 4 cookie cutters on top.
Melt 2.5oz of dark chocolates in microwave, stirring every 30 sec. Pour into 4 cookie cutters.
Melt 2 oz of white chocolate in microwave. Drizzle on top of dark chocolate.
This is what it will look like:
Take a toothpick and swirl. Add almonds and extra chocolate.
Place in freezer for 10 min or more. Gently pop out the bark from the cookie cutters. Keep chilled.
