These pancakes are made with the new products I purchased from Infinite Labs! I have been using Infinite Labs 100% Whey Isolate protein (which is deeelish!) and found out they make a Sweet Potato powder! Sweet potatoes that you don’t have to cook…wow! Anything to cut down on my time in the kitchen on busy days is helpful…am I right?!? I just HAD to try it out!
So here’s my first recipe using the Sweet Potato powder and also the 100% Whey Isolate (the purest form of whey protein that aids in lean muscle growth and fat loss). Hope you all enjoy!! Don’t forget to add the yummy toppings of Sweet Spreads, Sugar Free Maple Syrup, and Amber Lyn Chocolates Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Almonds (heavenly!!) 🙂
Low Carb Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
2 scoops Infinite Labs Sweet Potato
1 scoop Infinite Labs 100% Whey Isolate vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 egg white
1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or water
1 full drop of NuNaturals vanilla stevia
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1. Protein Frosting: 1/2 scoop Infinite Labs 100% Whey Isolate vanilla mixed with 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk or water.
