These brownies are only 70 cals & 3g net carbs per brownie! I used Amber Lyn Chocolates amazingly delicious No Sugar Added White Chocolate Chunks and I seriously can’t tell they are sugar free! WOW! And NuNaturals NuStevia NoCarbs Blend adds the perfect amount of sweetness with out having to use a ton in the recipe. A little goes a long way!
➡️I made these brownies special for my 11 yr old niece who recently discovered that she is diabetic. So as you can see, I have another purpose in creating my low sugar, healthy treats. I aim to help all who are in need of yummy dessert alternatives. Whether it’s diet recipes, diabetic recipes, and even gluten free recipes…I will strive to create them!! NO ONE, especially children, should ever feel deprived!
Low Carb Peanut Butter Brownies with White Chocolate Chunks
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1.5 tbsp NuNaturals NuStevia NoCarbs blend (You will need to use more if using regular stevia)
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 oz Amber Lyn Chocolates No Sugar Added White Chocolate Chunks, chopped.
Mix together the ingredients.
Stir in chocolate. Pour in a cooking sprayed 8×8 pan. Bake at 350F for about 9 minutes.
Let cool then slice. Add a few more of Amber Lyn Chocolates amazing white chocolate chunks on top for extra yumminess☺️
Makes 12 brownies.
