Protein Pumpkin Bites with Jamie Eason Whey Isolate

I LOVE this time of year!! Even though we don’t have much of a Fall here in Florida, but pumpkin everything starts popping up all over the place! Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin doughnuts…you get my drift 🙂 So now I get to bust out my yummy pumpkin treat recipes!!

This recipe for Protein Pumpkin Bites is so incredibly easy and delicious. I used Jamie Eason Natural Whey Isolate vanilla protein which makes them sweet and increases my protein without all the extra carbs!

Pumpkin Protein Bites

Pumpkin Protein Bites with Jamie Eason Whey Isolate

1/3 c canned pumpkin
1 c oats
1 scoop Jamie Eason natural whey isolate vanilla protein
1/8 c agave (or honey)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Stir all together. Scoop about 1 tbsp of mixture and roll into ball (it will be sticky!) and place on parchment paper lined pan or plate. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Drizzle with 1/2 scoop Jamie Eason vanilla whey isolate mixed with 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk on top of each bite.

Makes 12 bites. Macros per bite with drizzle: 53 cal, 1g fat, 8g carbs, 1g fiber, 3g sugar, 4g protein.

Fudgy Oreo Brownies

Today was National Day of Service for my daughter’s American Heritage Girls troop, and my daughter has a love for baking like I do. So for her project, she wanted to bake treats for our neighbors. With so many baked goods to choose from, my mini chocoholic insisted we make brownies! To jazz up a basic fudge brownie recipe, we added in the yummiest cookies around….Oreos!

They turned out absolutely amazing! The neighbors are going to love them 🙂

Oreo Brownies

3/4 c canola oil
1.5 c sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3/4 c flour
1/3 c + 2.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
9 Oreo Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 8×8 baking dish with parchment or use cooking spray.

Mix the oil, eggs, & vanilla together. Beat in eggs. Then add the dry ingredients.

Pour half into the baking pan. Line the batter with Oreos. Pour the remaining batter on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done. I like mine slightly on the “undone” side, so mine baked for 26 minutes.

Remove and let cool. Makes 12 brownies.

Macros per brownie: 301 calories, 17g fat, 37g carbs, 1g fiber, 27g sugar, 3G protein.

There’s something so yummy about lemon and blueberry together😋 Even yummier with ICE CREAM! Here’s a treat I created using my low carb Protein Lemon Bar!

🍋Lemon & Blueberry Protein Treat🍋

1⃣ One LemonBar (see the recipe Lemon Protein Bars )

2⃣ One scoop of Halo Top Creamery Lemon Cake protein ice cream🙌

3⃣ Blueberry Sauce (1/4c blueberries cooked in a pan with 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sugar free syrup…-or- microwave sugar free blueberry preserves for 10 sec).

4⃣ Assemble and enjoy!

-Macros per Lemon Bar: 123 calories, 10g fat, 3g carbs, 5g protein.
-Add Halo Top Ice cream (about 1/3c): 170 cals, 12g fat, 11g carbs, 10g protein.

Low Carb Chocolate & Peanut Butter Cookies with Jamie Eason Natural Whey Isolate Protein🍫


🍪1/2 scoop Jamie Eason Natural Whey Isolate Chocolate whey protein

🍪1 egg

🍪1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

🍪3 tbsp oat flour

🍪1/2 tsp baking flour

🍪2 pkts stevia

🍪1 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter) mixed with 1/2 tbsp water.

➡️Stir together and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350F for 4-5 min. Don’t over bake or it will turn out dry!

➡️Remove and cool.

➡️Mix PB2 and water together (should be thick) and ice your cookies. Yum!
