1/2 scoop About Time Vanilla Whey

1/2 scoop About Time PB Nighttime Recovery Zz casein

Sprinkle of cinnamon

3 tbsp water

1 Ole Xtreme Wellness high fiber low carb tortilla wrap

1 tbsp ManBake Cookie Butter high protein spread

Mix water into the protein. Add just a little at a time so you will get a thick paste consistency. Add cinnamon.

Place protein on tortilla and wrap. Place on a sprayed cookie sheet and bake at 350f for 3-4 min each side. Or u can just toast it in a toaster oven.

It’s breakfast time! Seriously my fav meal time…next to dessert time of course. Wake up to some delicious protein cake to get you pumped and to fill your day! Only 6g net carbs👍

☕️Espresso Protein Breakfast MugCake☕️

2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tsp instant espresso (more if u are a coffee addict😜)

1 egg white

1.5 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 pkts stevia

✳️Mix all ingredients together.
✳️Pam spray a mug or ramekin & pour in batter.
✳️Microwave for 45 sec-just under a minute.
✳️Cool slightly then turn out into a plate.
✳️Top with some delicious maple syrup or sugar free syrup, & fruit! Add a cup off coffee on the side too ☺️☕️

“Hamburger” Cupcake

It’s a brownie and cupcake put together to create a “Hamburger”! Another fun cupcake my daughter made that I want to share with u all!!

Best of both worlds…Burgers & Cupcakes 🙂

➡️Here’s how to create them:

1. Make a batch of brownies and cupcakes w/ yellow cake mix (or from scratch).
2. Take a cupcake and cut in half.
3. Cut the brownies using a round cookie cutter, or just cut because u will need to press them into a hamburger patty.
4. Assemble like a burger.
5. Mix vanilla frosting with a little food coloring to create the condiments (red=ketchup, Yellow=mustard, green=lettuce).
You can also top it with yellow sprinkles to get the sesame seed affect on the “bun”.

Tada!!! Hamburger cupcakes!! Kids (& adults) will have fun making them! Enjoy!!

Fudgy Paleo Brownies

I created this recipe with a lot of my Paleo friends in mind! Baking with Paleo ingredients is really fun. No flour nor any type of grains is used in this recipe! Nothing but all natural sugars and healthy fats 🙂

Super Fudgy Paleo Brownies

Makes 2 servings

Mix together:
🍫1.5oz dark chocolate bar (Alter Eco is a good paleo friendly brand), melted.
*This choco is 85% cocoa. The higher the %, the lower the sugar & higher the fat.
🍫1 tbsp coconut oil, melted.

Whisk in:
🍫2 tbsp Almond Butter (I used PB for this recipe bc it’s all I had, but PB is not Paleo friendly🙊)
🍫2 tbsp maple syrup (Paleo friendliest is Grade B since it has more minerals)
🍫1/4 tsp vanilla
🍫1 egg

Then mix in:
🍫2 tbsp coconut sugar
🍫1/4c cocoa

Fold in:
🍫1 tbsp Dark Chocolate chips (Enjoy Life Brand)

Pour in greased ramekins. Bake at 350 for 18min. Cool then top with whatever your heart desires!🍫💗

Macros for each: 450 cals, 33g fat, 39g carbs, 7g fiber, 27g sugar, 11g protein.
