Anyway, on to the RECIPE!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mugcake

1 scoop About Time Nighttime Recovery Casein PB flavor
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1.5 tbsp coconut flour
2 pkts stevia
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp sugar free mini choco chips, opt.

Stir together all ingredients except the mini chips in a bowl. Place the choco chips in the bottom of a sprayed mug or ramekin, then pour cake mixture on top. Microwave for 1 min. Be careful not overcook! Let cool slightly then turn out onto a plate. Boom.

Makes 1 mugcake. Macros including Sensato sugar free mini choco chips:
304 cals, 12g fat, 19g carbs, 7g fiber, 3g sugar, 33g protein.
