Chocolate & PB Protein Pancakes
1/2 c oats
1/2 scoop About Time vanilla or choco whey
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pkt stevia
1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce (or use 1/4 banana)
1/8 c unsweetened almond milk
1⃣Add all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
2⃣Cook in a sprayed pan.
Healthy PB Frosting:
4 tbsp PB2 mixed with 2tbsp water
1⃣Stir all together in a bowl.
2⃣Layer in between your pancakes.
I topped mine with SweetSpreads Chocolate Brownie Coconutter
