GRAIN FREE PROTEIN PANCAKES!! Diet plan friendly too!! I had to come up with a recipe that fit my macros for a meal consisting of carbs, fibrous veggies, and protein. Sometimes a girl gets tired of rice, chicken, and broccoli…am I right?? So I have put together these Lean ‘n Green Protein Pancakes!!! Great stack for getting that morning (or anytime) energy while still burning that fat! They are super moist and you can’t even taste the spinach! SCORE!

Flourless Lean ‘n Green Protein Pancakes
5 oz sweet potato, cooked
1 large handful of spinach (approx 1-2 cups)
1 egg white
1 scoop @TryAboutTime Vanilla Whey Protein
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp stevia
1/2 tsp vanilla
Cinnamon & nutmeg to taste, opt.
1.5 tbsp nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp @TryAboutTime Vanilla Whey Protein
1/2-1 tbsp melted NutiLight sugar-free gluten-free Hazelnut & Cocoa Spread
-Blend or food process pancake ingredients all together.
-Cook in a sprayed pan.
-Layer with Protein Filling, and add your toppings. I topped these with NutilLight which is a yummy alternative to Nutella! High in fiber and sugar-free (with natural sweeteners).
