Sometimes the most simple meals are what I crave the most! Especially on busy mornings. Here’s today’s breakfast that is sure to fuel me to tackle the long day ahead! I’m using About Time Cinnamon Swirl Whey Isolate Protein and About Time Granola Clusters. Both are absolutely delicious and are made with all natural ingredients, including the natural sweetener Stevia. The granola is also Gluten Free for those with sensitivities! They are made with Gluten Free oats, Whey Protein Isolate, fortified with chia, flax seeds, & more all natural ingredients. 2oz serving contains 9g protein & 9g carbs! Awesome! Cinnamon Swirl Granola Oats

1/2c oats (old fashioned oats)
1 scoop About Time Cinnamon Swirl Whey Protein
1 pkt or 1 tsp Stevia

Topping:
2 tbsp plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 pkt or 1 tsp stevia
2 squares of About Time Granola Clusters
Drizzle of Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Cook oats and about 1/2c water in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.

Let cool slightly, then stir in About Time protein.

Mix yogurt and stevia together. Add on top of oats. Crumble the granola squares and top, along with syrup and cinnamon.

Macros for Cinnamon Swirl Granola Oats: 320 cals/ 5g fat/ 31g carbs/ 4.4g fiber/ 4g sugar/ 36g protein.
